* U3 - Talking about manners

V(Verb) + ing / to + V : 
1. V+ing as Subject (Noun)
Eating in public is bad manners.
2. V+ing after preposition (Noun)
You can offend people by eating in public.
3. It's +to +V
It's bad manners to eat in public. 

NOT:
Be careful not to point at people. 
You can offend people by not bowing

It's acceptable not to tip cab drivers.  (It;s optional. )
It's not acceptable to tip cab drivers. (You shouldn't do.)
